Summer League
So far today in the Summer League, the Nets clobbered the Bulls 84-68. I think it was mostly because they were missing Derrick Rose and Tyrus Thomas, though. Without Thomas, Nets lottery pick center Brook Lopez dominated the Bulls' Aaron Gray and Joakim Noah. Lopez had 23 points on 9-15 shooting. Mostly all that the Nets did was throw it to Lopez and they just killed them.
With a little left in the fourth, Jaycee Carroll capped the win with a huge fast break dunk.
Demetris Nichols led Chicago with 15 points. The Bulls struggled very badly, they were only 2-15 from! the 3 line and had 20 turnovers.
The Nets other ro! okie, Ch ris Douglas-Roberts, scored 15.
